Find the Mobile Number Linked to Your Aadhaar Card
The Aadhaar card carries a 12-digit unique identity number issued by the Government of India and is one of the most important documents for bank accounts, government schemes, SIM cards and many other services. The OTP for e-Aadhaar download, address update and many other online services is sent only to the mobile number linked with your Aadhaar. Many times we do not remember which number is linked. Using the “Verify Email/Mobile Number” facility on the UIDAI portal, you can check this from home.

How to Check the Mobile Number Linked with Aadhaar
- Open the UIDAI website myaadhaar.uidai.gov.in and choose “Verify Email/Mobile Number”.
- Select the Mobile Number option.
- Enter your Aadhaar number and the mobile number you want to check.
- Fill in the captcha code and click “Send OTP”.
- If the number is linked to Aadhaar, an OTP will arrive on it. Enter the OTP to verify.
- The screen will tell you whether the number matches the Aadhaar record or not.

- Your Aadhaar number.
- The mobile numbers you want to check (both old and current).
- The number should be active and with you, so that you can receive the OTP.
Important Points
- If you have more than one number, check them one by one.
- If the number does not match, visit an Aadhaar center to update the correct number. The fee prescribed by UIDAI applies to a mobile number update.
- Never share your OTP with anyone, whichever department they claim to be from.

आधार से लिंक मोबाइल नंबर कैसे जांचें?
- UIDAI की वेबसाइट myaadhaar.uidai.gov.in खोलें और "Verify Email/Mobile Number" चुनें।
- Mobile Number का विकल्प चुनें।
- अपना आधार नंबर और वह मोबाइल नंबर डालें जिसे आप जांचना चाहते हैं।
- कैप्चा कोड भरें और "Send OTP" पर क्लिक करें।
- नंबर आधार से लिंक होने पर उस पर OTP आएगा। OTP डालकर वेरिफाई करें।
- स्क्रीन पर बताया जाएगा कि नंबर आधार रिकॉर्ड से मेल खाता है या नहीं।
शुरू करने से पहले तैयार रखें
- आपका आधार नंबर।
- वे मोबाइल नंबर जिन्हें आप जांचना चाहते हैं (पुराने और वर्तमान दोनों)।
- नंबर चालू और आपके पास उपलब्ध हो, ताकि OTP मिल सके।
